How will my products arrive?
The flower seed products are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging, so will be posted through your letterbox.
Bulbs, bare roots, plants & accessories will be sent in larger cardboard boxes where appropriate. Please ensure you open up the boxes of live plants when they arrive so you can look after your plants in the best way.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All products are processed within 1-5 business days (unless a pre order) and have free P&P, 2nd Class Royal Mail within the UK on orders over £25.
My product is a gift- can I include a message?
Of course, there is a section to add a personalised message with each product. Please make sure you check the message for spelling and grammar as it is copied exactly. Add a greetings card to your basket if you'd like something extra special for them to open and read.
Do you ship Internationally?
I do not ship Internationally at present. (I wish I could, but the Phytosanitary certificate required makes it cost prohibitive right now)
Who are Greenfingers Charity?
Greenfingers Charity https://www.greenfingerscharity.org.uk/ are a wonderful charity who create magical spaces and gardens for severely ill children in hospices. I am really proud to donate to this brilliant charity. In the first year of business we donated over £5k to charity and from now on we're committing to a £10k donation a year to this fabulous charity!
Do you sell to the trade?
I do indeed, and would love to hear any of your favourite shops, garden centres or retailers who you think might be interested in stocking my products. Send me a message- I'd be over the moon to discuss this.
Do you do 'corporate gifting'?
Yes, I love helping businesses and companies create a gift for their employees or 'Mental Wellbeing' gardening packs. Send me an email with the quantity and timings and I'd be delighted to send you a quote.

Will you be launching new products soon?
I am always working on the next product launch and would absolutely love to hear any ideas or suggestions you have. Please look at the 'Say Hello' section and we can have a chat.
I only have a very small garden- are these products suitable?
Absolutely! These seeds can be grown in any space, pots, balconies or small gardens. You will need to look at each seed type to ensure it suits where your space for growing is, for example, if you have a North facing and extremely shady spot then some of the seeds may not be suitable as they need full sunlight to thrive. Send me a message if you're not sure- I'd love to help choose you the right products for your garden.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes- I have virtual gift vouchers on my shop, but if you would like a physical voucher then let me know and this can be arranged.
Can I cancel the monthly subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time that suits you. You can also 'skip' a month, or a few months if needed. Once you add the monthly subscription to your basket you can check out and set up an account. You can manage your subscription via your account. https://www.therosepressgarden.com/account/login. Do you offer work experience?
Thank you for thinking of us, unfortunately at the moment we can't offer work experience placements, but it's something we would love to offer in the future. I do accept written blog posts that I can feature on my website, so if you're a budding writer with an interest in gardening, horticulture, wildlife or garden styling then get in touch and let me know your ideas- I love to support other small businesses or those who are looking for experience on their CV.
