Prunus Fragrant Cloud (Shizuka) Tree – Flowering Cherry

Prunus Fragrant Cloud (Japanese name ‘Shizuka’) is a highly ornamental cherry tree, renowned for its clusters of large, double, fragrant white blossoms that appear in mid to late spring. The flowers carry a subtle perfume, making it a rare fragrant cherry and a delight in the garden. Its foliage emerges bronze, matures to deep green in summer, and then shifts to fiery shades of orange and red in autumn. With its elegant rounded habit and unique fragrance, it is a superb choice as a feature tree.
