‘Scrumptious’ is one of the UK’s most popular apple varieties, loved for its exceptional flavour and ease of growing. This self-fertile apple tree produces medium-sized, thin-skinned fruits that are perfect for children and can be enjoyed straight from the tree throughout September. The flavour is complex and aromatic, with notes described as honeyed, fragrant, crisp, and sweet with hints of cherries and wine. A mid-season variety, it thrives in all areas of the UK, offering excellent frost resistance and reliable cropping.
