Care Instructions:
Spiraea Snowmound is easy to grow and thrives in a position of full sun to partial shade. It is happy in most well-drained soils and is quite tolerant of urban pollution and coastal conditions. To ensure the best flowering for the following year, prune the plant immediately after the flowers have faded in early summer. Simply cut back the flowered stems to a strong set of buds or a side branch. Every few years, you can remove up to a third of the oldest stems down to the ground to rejuvenate the plant and maintain its vigorous, mounded shape.
