A Striking Red and White Ball Dahlia
Pre-order for dispatch end of February 2026.
The Dahlia 'Lizz Baaij' is a captivating ball variety that demands attention with its bold, bi-colour blooms. Each perfectly spherical flower head features tightly packed petals in a vibrant shade of cherry-red, elegantly tipped with crisp white. This "candy-cane" effect makes it a playful and dynamic addition to any summer garden, offering a sharp contrast against green foliage and softer pastel flowers.
As a sport of the famous 'Cornel' dahlia, 'Lizz Baaij' inherits an incredibly robust nature. It is renowned for being weather-resistant, standing up well to wind and rain where other varieties might falter. Its long, strong stems and exceptional vase life make it a top-tier choice for cutting. Whether you are creating a modern, structural display or a cheerful cottage border, this reliable performer guarantees a summer full of colour.
