If you love the idea of a garden that’s always evolving (without the overwhelm of what to plant and when), our Monthly Gardening Subscription Box is designed to make it simple, seasonal and seriously exciting. Every month brings something new to plant, so you can enjoy that “fresh gardening fix” all year round — and the promise of beautiful blooms not far behind. The monthly gardening box can also be purchased as a one off plant gift for someone, if you don't want to set up a monthlhy subscription each month.

Turn “dull to colourful” all year round

Transform your garden from dull to colourful, drab to fabulous — and swap a short season of flowers for blooms across the year.

We choose only high-quality bulbs, tubers, bare roots and plants, curated in “cute colour combinations” (think pinks, whites, purples and blues with a cottage-garden feel). Everything is planned so it mixes and matches beautifully — no clashing colours, no second-guessing, no “does this go with that?” moments.

And honestly? If we don't grow it in our own garden, it doesn’t go in the box. (We’re a fussy bunch!)

What is in the Monthly Gardening Subscription Box?

Every box is curated for the month you need it, so you’re always planting at the right time.

In your subscription box, expect:

(sometimes a combination — always great value, and typically more than you’d pay buying online individually).
Simple, easy planting instructions (beginner-friendly)
Free Postage & Packaging included — always (even if it’s a massive plant!)

Beginner-friendly (no green fingers required)

We deliberately include a mix of formats — bulbs, tubers, bare roots and plants — to keep it interesting and help you learn different ways of growing. You’ll get garden staples and the occasional “ooh, I’ve never tried that!” — but everything stays easy enough for total beginners.

NB: Product images are shown as an example pack. Your box will contain different tubers, plants or bulb collections each month, so it’s always fresh, seasonal and exciting.

Subscriptions: how billing & delivery works

Your first gardening subscription box

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries.

Your first payment is taken at checkout (£25).
Your first box is dispatched within our normal posting guidelines.
We’re currently sending subscription boxes out mid-month.

Ongoing renewals

After your first box:

Your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month
Your next box will be sent out during that month, depending on the month’s contents and best planting window.

Example:
If you order on the 16th, you’ll receive that month’s box within our normal dispatch time. Then your renewals align to the 1st week of the month going forward, and we’ll send the next box when required within that month.

Ordering near month-end

Please note: if you order on the last day of a month, you will receive that month’s box.

Example:
If you order on 31st March before 23:59:59, you’ll receive the March box — and your subscription will renew at midnight on 1st April for the April box.

If you’d rather start in the next month and it’s already late in the month, simply wait until the 1st to sign up.

Managing, changing or cancelling your subscription

Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged £25 per month.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, as long as the monthly box has not already renewed.

In practice, you must cancel before the last day of the month.

Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot cancel, refund or accept returns.

Your order confirmation emails include links to your order so you can manage your subscription easily. If you have any trouble at all, email hello@therosepressgarden.com and we can manually edit your subscription for you.

First time logging in?
When you first log in, you’ll need to register your account and create a unique password. Once set up, it will automatically sync to your email address.
