Flower Seeds to sow in June

June is a wonderful month in our gardens. The seeds we sowed over the autumn and early Spring are planted out in the garden and starting to burst open and bloom for the first time. Often our gardens can change daily with the amount of lush growth and blooms unfurling. It can be easy to forget to sow seeds for future blooms when there is so much excitement going on- so I have listed some of my favourite flower seeds that I will be sowing this June.

Alyssum

Aquilegia

Californian Poppies

Canterbury Bells

Foxglove

Gypsophila

Hollyhock

Larkspur

Lupins

Linum perenne

Nemesia

Nigella

Nasturtiums

Stocks

Wildflowers

Hi. Love the blog. Quick question. These seeds – are you sowing direct in June and if so when will they flower or are you sowing under cover for next year? Trying to pull together a large garden for flowering and learning on the hoof! Advice much appreciated. Thank you
