How to Care for Cyclamen ‘Amaze Me Pink’
Cyclamen prefer a cool, sheltered position, ideally in partial shade.
Keep the compost moist but not waterlogged, making sure your pots have good drainage. Regularly remove faded flowers and yellowing foliage by gently pulling the stems away from the base to keep your plants looking their best.

September is a lovely transition month. There’s still plenty of late-summer colour to enjoy, but it’s also time to start preparing the garden for autumn – and thinking ahead to next spring.
- Keep deadheading dahlias, cosmos and other late-summer flowers to encourage them to keep blooming.
- Collect seeds from your favourite flowers on a dry day and save them for next year.
- Tidy borders as plants begin to finish, while leaving some seed heads for birds and other wildlife.
- Divide established perennials while the soil is still warm.
- Keep watering containers during warm and dry September spells.
- Plant perennials, shrubs and trees – warm soil and increasing rainfall make autumn a great time for plants to establish.
- Start planting spring bulbs such as daffodils, crocuses and hyacinths as conditions begin to cool.
- Hold off on your tulips until November – cooler soil can help reduce the risk of fungal diseases such as tulip fire.
