This is a perennial loved for its mass of blooms during summer and autumn. A beautiful, low-maintenance addition to beds and borders. Starting in the early summer through to autumn, Rudbeckia Bravado produces masses of purplish-pink flowers with orange, domed cones in their centre.
Really easy to grow and they're not that fussy once they're planted in a drained fertile soil. They come back year after year and are loved by pollinators and wildlife. I love how Rudbeckia keeps flowering when everything else in the garden starts to go over.
It looks lovely planted en masse for a showy display of purple blossoms, which creates a bold, dramatic effect. Try not to plonk them in as one plant around the garden- instead plant them together for a lovely bold display.
